Once we assign your job order to our staff and it is considered as “in progress” we cannot offer any refund.
We also do not accept returns as we deliver our products digitally and tailor them specifically to each individual client; hence, we cannot use them for other clients.
If the content does not meet your expectations, we will make necessary changes at no cost.

If you ask us to revise the content according to instructions that differ from the original instructions or requirements that are not included in the original order, this order will not be considered a revision; this would be considered a new order and client need to pay for this.
